8-piece pattern for a wonderfully detailed blouse originally by McCall, the rever at front neck is in one with the blouse front. View A has a long sleeve; either plain or pleated in epaulette fashion at the shoulder line. View B has a short sleeve, pleated at the lower end with a sleeve band.
3/8 seams are given.
